GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Training

During this course, Debra will help students learn how to teach the method through a variety of verbal, tactile and visual methods. She will discuss the underlying theories of how to structure a sequence, how to look at and touch different bodies, and how to guide your clients through Juliu's amazing system of movement.

This course exists as a course on it's own teaching you a specific format that is right smack between level 1 and level 2. Additionally it serves as a pre-requisite for the level 2 course.
